http://www.nytimes.com/2010/11/09/opinion/09tue4.html?_r=1&ref=todayspaper

Wednesday, 10/27/10: "Moose and Squirrel"

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/10/27/opinion/27wed4.html?_r=1&th&emc=th

Verlyn Klinkenborg's reminiscience on Rocky and Bullwinkle ends very suddenly, almost in midsentence:

Does Klinkenborg mean this as another allegory about his failed marriage? Or did he just forget to finish his column?

Tuesday, 10/19/10: "Hickory Rain"

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/10/19/opinion/19tue4.html?_r=1&th&emc=th

Cleverly couched in an extended, superficially inane description of horses, chickens, and hickory nuts is the news that Verlyn Klinkenborg has gotten divorced. :(

Friday, 9/17/10: "Dark Comes"

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/09/18/opinion/18sat4.html?_r=1

Verlyn Klinkenborg's farm is full of comfortable places -- the hay mound, the chicken house, the beehive -- and he wonders how bees feel.

Thursday, 9/2/10: "Really Looking"

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/09/03/opinion/03fri4.html?_r=1&ref=editorials

Verlyn Klinkenborg sees a lot of bugs on his farm, but he feels like he doesn't truly see them.
